• Surgeon (member): $150 

• Surgeon (non-member): $400

• Resident (member): $150 (if you are one of two residents attending as part of an institutional membership, your registration fee is covered)

• Resident (non-member): $400

• APP (member): $150

• APP (non-member): $400

• Medical Student: $100 ​

• Friday Dinner (optional): $100 per attendee

• Happy Hour (Saturday, following the meeting): Free
